Cook III 

Produce hot and cold foods prepared to the highest standards. Ideal candidate will possess an outgoing, dynamic personality with a positive attitude working within a team environment. Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Eligible for Union benefit package.

Qualifications 

• Basic hot/cold food and pantry knowledge required
• Wood burning oven experience required
• 3+ years as a cook in similar position at a premier restaurant or hotel required
• Food safety certification required (Company will train)
• High school diploma or equivalent and must be 18 years or older

Physical Requirements 

Ability to stand for long periods of time and move frequently from area to area. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, and reach with hands and arms. Regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
