Huneeus Vintners is a dynamic and growing family-owned company of fine wine estates and wines including Quintessa, Faust, Illumination, The Prisoner, and Saldo from the Napa Valley; Flowers Vineyard and Winery on the extreme Sonoma Coast; Veramonte, Ritual, Primus, and Neyen in Chile; and Cruz Andina from Argentina. The sales coordinator reports to the VP of Sales and assists the VP in all activities. This role is directly responsible for sales team logistics including the planning of biweekly, annual and quarterly sales and marketing team meetings, HV national sales meetings and monthly data review calls. This role oversees wholesale contact management and will maintain a database of distributors by market.
Sales Management: Coordinate logistics and activities of HV sales and management team as it relates to sales and marketing including:
•Bi-monthly depletion reports, monthly sales data action items, quarterly programming, distributor contact list, national accounts pricing by market;
•Sales and marketing team meeting planning including monthly calls, annual national sales meeting and quarterly DVP meetings;
•Coordinate business review calendar and template, changes to calendar year goals as negotiated by market;
•New sales hire coordination and orientation;
•Coordinate communication between company principals and key accounts, buyers, distributors and influencers;
•Provide point of communication contact with field sales and marketing and assist in fulfillment of team and market needs where necessary;
•Special projects and other duties as assigned by VP of Sales.

•2-5 years of experience in the wine/spirits industry or a sales administrative or administrative role
•Bachelor’s degree preferred
•Excellent computer skills; Google apps, excel, power point, word, sales data/Diver
•Willingness to travel, some weekend work required
